Services

Karolina Logistics provides white-glove delivery coordination, packaging support, PR logistics, and related services. All services are provided on a per-project basis and subject to availability.

Quotes & Scheduling

Quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on scope, timing, distance, or special handling requirements. Scheduling is confirmed upon mutual agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, recipient availability, and relevant instructions. Karolina Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery & Handling

All deliveries are coordinated with care. However, Karolina Logistics is not responsible for manufacturer defects, internal product damage, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions of items.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible. Late cancellations may result in fees depending on the stage of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karolina Logistics’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
