Karolina Logistics operates on a service-based model. As such, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A service was paid for but not performed

  • A cancellation was made prior to service initiation

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Completed services

  • Delays caused by recipient unavailability

  • Incorrect information provided by the client

  • Circumstances outside of reasonable control (weather, access restrictions)

Rescheduling

When possible, services may be rescheduled instead of refunded.
